Poor delivery time and commitment

Ordered food , got a call 2/3 days later that gluten free bun will be available that day and i will receive my food once its available ( that same day the gentlemen committed). I said its 2/3 days since i ordered already but will still be happy to receive it that day.

Received it 2 days after this call, had to send it back.

Poor management of delivery and wrong commitment by the business as even online they say will receive it within 1 day.
